1 month to go!

I CANNOT believe we will begin our last month of school when return from the weekend. There will be a printed copy of the newsletter coming home with your student on Monday, but I have attached the digital copy to this message. THERE IS A LOT OF IMPORTANT INFO SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ IT!

Not included in the newsletter: The week of May 1st will mark our last week of homework and spelling words. Hooray! Students will be taking their comprehension and spelling assessments on Thursday, May 4 since there is no school on Friday, May 5. The spelling word practice is still assigned on Thursday, but make sure to study M-W.

Homework does look a bit different this week due to an animal report that we are starting. Please make sure that you are helping your child with finding 3 facts on Monday/Tuesday evening. These papers are coming home Monday and will be due Wednesday.

The last month of school is usually a bit chaotic with lots of changes and additions. I will do my best to communicate these updates as they come. As always, please get in touch if you have any questions!
