Information We Don’t Want You To Miss!

Hello Kindergarten families!

Three important pieces of information going into this weekend we don't want you to miss:

• Teacher Experiences are live! Please make sure to register your child for the Kindergarten Teacher Experience on Monday, May 8th from 3;20-4:20 PM. This is a luau themed experience that they won't want to miss out! Register your child HERE. If your child has Discovery Link after school that day and you have registered them, please let the staff at Discovery Link know they will be attending and need picked up after the experience is over to return to Discovery Link for the remainder of the afternoon. These experiences are a really fun time to spend some extra special time with their teachers and friends after school. We hope your child can make it!
• Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up- May 8th-May 12th and we need your help making it happen. The TAW committee has put together some activities for each day of the week to give our C3 teachers and staff some extra love for all that they do for our students. They are still in need of volunteers to bring food for the potlucks, a couple extra morning people to help give out flowers to the kids as they arrive, and help supervision lunch in the cafeteria and on the playground with Brent and AJ to allow our teachers to enjoy lunch together.   • Farm To Table Potluck: Several dishes are still in need as well as some set up and clean up help to provide this meal to our staff. Dishes do not have to feed the full 50 that are being asked for but we do need a variety of options to ensure this happens! • Finally, yearbook sales are closing end of day Sunday, April 30th. Why do we keep sharing this information? Because every year we have parents who reach out after the deadline wanting to know how to order a yearbook and if it is too late and it breaks our hearts to tell them that yearbook orders have closed. If you are considering purchasing one, please err on the side of caution and do it before they are gone. We do not purchase extras to have on hand to sell.
