Important information and dates

Hi Amazing Families,

I am so excited about all of the work going into these Notables! I have a couple important reminders and dates for you to keep track of:

1. Students should have their costume here at school THIS FRIDAY, or 8:00am Tuesday the 28th AT THE VERY LATEST. We will perform for our buddy class at 9:00am on next Tuesday. Most costumes could be as simple as borrowing an adult man's suit or wearing a fancy dress. This can be very simple. It is also an opportunity for some kids, who love this aspect, to shine. Please do not stress about this, if it is overwhelming. I checked in with each child today about where they re in this process and gave them ideas and gave them the dates individually.
2. On the Last day it will be a half day and all kids need to be picked up at 11:30. You can then have a picnic lunch as a family, or buy an ice cream from the ice cream truck. If you are planning to buy ice cream, please consider buying one for kids who might not have remembered money.
3. I have a few opportunities to volunteer
   1. I'd love someone to wash and dry the class pillows
   2. I' d love a couple more parents to help tie dye t shirts on Friday at 1:15. It is messy, but in old clothes, it is fine.
