Hello Fifth Grade Families,
We’ve had another great week! Thank you for sharing all your wonderful recipes and food, and attending Student Let Conferences last night. It was a huge success. Below you will find some announcements and will learn what we have been working on this week!

Literacy: EL Modules: Module 3: Promises to Keep (How Jackie Robinson Changed America)
- “Newspaper” Opinion Writing based on our study of Jackie Robinson.
- Language: verbs/adverbs, commas, context clues
- Spelling: Compound words, sentences, and narrative story
- Istation practice

- Ordering books from the $500 grant we received.
