UPDATE: C3 Weekly Update
Hello Parents,
I hope all of you have had a great week. As previously mentioned we will be sending out weekly communication from C3 regarding the latest information as well as any new questions we have received from the community that could be helpful as we navigate the latest on COVID-19 and the return to school.
First, please be sure to login to the Parent Portal to update your Annual Family Update (AFU). Once logged into Parent Portal, click “See All Apps.” You will then see the Annual Family Update box to click. If you need support logging into Parent Portal or accessing the AFU, you can contact the DPS Department of Technology Services Hotline at 720-423-3163.
Also please make sure you have connected to your children via School Deets as soon as possible. Please reach out to bappleb@dpsk12.net if you are having any problems connecting.
Please be on the lookout for an email from the District on August, 20th to sign up for a SeeSaw account. SeeSaw will be one of the main platforms we use for remote learning.
Seesaw: On Aug. 20, parents will receive an email invitation to create an account to connect their student. Parents with an existing account will be able to use their previous login information.
Also, if you have decided to attend a different school for the fall please be sure to let us know as soon as possible.
Finally, as of today there have not been any major changes outside of what has been shared last week. We will be participating in a DPS school leader call on Wednesday in which we hope to gather further information. As a result we will be holding three optional zoom calls on Thursday starting at 3:00pm. If you have siblings you will only need to participate in one of the calls as it will be redundant. Our first zoom call 3:00-3:30 will be for new to C3 families. The zoom calls from 3:40-4:10 and 4:20-4:50 will be for returning families. We will also be recording the zoom calls so that you can listen at a later time if you are unable to attend.
