What is CEC and where is?

The Career Education Center (CEC) Early College is a public high school, located in northwest Denver near I-25 and Speer Boulevard in Denver, Colorado. The semester-based curriculum is college preparatory, focusing on career and technology education (CTE). CEC Early College also has part-time students from the Denver metro area who participate in one of the nineteen career classes offered on its Eliot Street campus. The career classes are an innovative way for high school students to earn academic credits towards a college degree or industry certification while completing DPS high school graduation requirements. The career classes are taught by industry-trained professionals in a real-world environment. Industry experts serve on Advisory Committees for each program to ensure industry standards and innovations are met while providing classroom involvement and field trip experiences for students. If you know of any students who have expressed interest, or show skills that would be a good fit, please let me know so that I can touch base with them and get them on our list! (720)424-4866
