Dragon Dash Fun Run ~ We Run As One~ …..Starts Today!

Yesterday the students attended a huge pep rally kicking off our 1st annual Fun Run! The Fun Run team will be teaching character lessons each day next week with the actual run being next Friday 5/17 from 8:30-10:30 am. All family members are encourage to come watch the kids run! 

Your child should have come home with a pamphlet for you to login and register an account. Please take 2 minutes and sign them up at this website: https://funrun.boosterthon.com/register/parent   You can send this account link to friends, family, co-workers asking them to donate funds per lap that your child commits to running. The more laps they run the more our school earns. Talk with your child and ask them how many laps they think they can do and work toward this goal. We also will be doing fun class incentives so collectively as a group the grades can all work together to earn the most per lap and win prizes for everyone. 

Schuba has also offered up her own end of year crazy challenge....the grade who earns the most per lap can DUCT TAPE her to the wall! 

Fostering team work, collaboration and fitness is the main premise of this program...lets get running!
