Parent/Family Conferences

Hello Hamilton Families!

It's that time of year again, when teachers will be reaching out to have communication about your student's progress. During the pandemic, we have structured conferencing in a phone-conference or email format.

You can expect that teachers will be reaching out via email or phone to communicate about your Husky's progress with your family or student tomorrow, Wednesday May 5, or Wednesday May 12 during the hours of 5-7:30pm.

You should expect to hear from your student's Advisory teacher about your student's progress and guidance. Given our emphasis on the importance of Advisory this year, that is how we have structured conferences this year.

We will utilize phone interpretation services as needed, as we honor our multilingual community.

Friendly reminder-- next week is Teacher Appreciation Week, so any love and gratitude you can share with our hard-working teachers would be so appreciated!

I hope communication is productive and meaningful across our families and teachers as we join together, focused on our students' success and growth.
