Team 119's Weekly News 4/28/23
Hello Wonderful Families!
We have had a great last week of April in our room! In Skills we continue learning about the War of 1812, learned the different sounds 'ea' can make, and learned about adverbs. In our Unit of Inquiry we created brochures for our invented islands to show off our knowledge about landforms, bodies of water, and landscape modifications. Math was all about one and two step word problems for three digit addition and subtraction. Our Knowledge unit started a new topic of immigration where we learned what immigration is and some history of immigration in the United States.
Next Friday 5/3 is a First Friday so there is no school for students.
