Good Afternoon First Grade Families,

Here is our agenda for the rest of the week.

Wednesday - Asynchronous

If students would like to return for in-person instruction beginning on Friday, April 30th they will need a negative PCR test. Because most students will be getting their tests tomorrow, April 28th, we have decided to have an asynchronous day of learning so that your child can learn and complete activities at their own pace to better accommodate Covid testing schedules.

• We will be having regularly scheduled homeroom morning meetings from 8:15 to 8:45
• Math and and literacy activities will be assigned in seesaw and should be completed by 3:00 PM.
• Students should still attend specials from 12:50-1:20 if possible
• Office hours will be available from 9 to 10 MATH (with Ms. Barros and Ms. Smith) on Ms. Smith's Link
• Office hours will be available from 10:30 to 11:30 (with Mrs. Bruyere and Ms. Smith) on Ms. Smith's Link

Please remember that students are NOT required to provide a negative test result, but due to the state issued guide lines, any student without a negative Test result can only return to school on Tuesday, May 4th

Thursday - LIVE Teaching Day

Students will follow a regular online schedule

Friday - TBA

We will update you all as to how Friday will look as we get closer and have a better gauge on the possible attendance of in person and remote learners as this week continues to unfold.

If you are choosing for your child to take a Covid test and you receive your results by Thursday evening and you feel comfortable sharing those results with us, we would greatly appreciate email communication so that we can try to plan for Friday's in person attendance as best as possible.
