3) Learning Update-
Math- Students will work with identifying fractions on a number line and have an opportunity to apply some of the things they’ve learned about fractions to contexts involving a new number line game. Students still have access to Reflex and Freckle, which provides basic multiplication and division fluency practice. We will continue to practice fact fluency as this is an important skill for 4th grade and beyond.
Literacy & Expedition-
We have moved onto our final Expedition module, Water Around the World. This week we are working on finding the gist and main idea of different sections of our new anchor text, One Well. We are building background knowledge about water around the world.
4) Free Covid Testing-
Free COVID-19 testing is available to all DPS students and staff through COVIDCheck Colorado, thanks to generous funding and support from Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Governor Jared Polis
Have a great week!
Best,
